These terms govern your use of Control: Bluffing & Territory ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
The App is a single-player card game provided for personal entertainment. You may use the App on any compatible device for non-commercial purposes.
All game progress, stats, and settings are stored locally on your device. We do not maintain backups of your data. If you uninstall the App or clear its data, your progress will be permanently lost. The in-app "Reset All Progress" function will also permanently delete all saved data.
All content in the App — including game mechanics, visual design, text, sounds, and code — is the property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App or its content without prior written permission.
The App may display third-party advertisements. Ad content is provided by third-party ad networks and we are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or availability of advertisements shown.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. Updates may change game mechanics, features, or content.
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
